About

The Handbell/ Handchime Ensemble (Est. 2004) was established to provide opportunity for members with varied musical abilities and skills to make music together and to equip pupils to compete in competitions.

We believe in giving our students exposure to unique and delicate musical instruments, different genres in music and surfacing talents as well. Handbells teach teamwork and cooperation, fostering self-esteem and developing much-needed physical and social skills.

It provides a full measure of musical enjoyment for all who play them. Selected pupils are also chosen to take part in the bi-annual Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) and school-based or public performances.
